Secretary for CPRE North Norfolk District Committee

The North Norfolk committee of CPRE (Campaign to Protect Rural England) meets every 8-10 weeks to discuss local landscape and planning issues, plan CPRE events and discuss CPRE campaigns at a local level.  An opportunity has arisen for a part-time secretary to help with the committee administration; taking minutes, circulating agendas and updating membership records.  This is not a time consuming role, perhaps involving 6-8 hours work every couple of months, but would be of tremendous value to the group who are currently without a secretary.  If you feel that you could help then we would be delighted to hear from you.

Newsletter Helpers

CPRE Norfolk has a quarterly newsletter which is mailed out at the end of April, July, October and January. The charity always needs volunteers to help put the newsletters in envelopes. It takes about 2 hours and is not a challenging task, but it's an opportunity to have a chat with some like-minded people and find out more about environmental work in Norwich. In return, CPRE will buy you an organic lunch at the best café in town - The Greenhouse.

Lighting/Sound/AV Engineer

We are looking for someone with experience of using sound, lighting and audio-visual equipment, to occasionally help us at some of our events (the next time will be our 75th anniversary celebration at Wolterton Hall on September 7th).  You will not be needed very often - at two or three events a year - but your help will be extremely valuable in ensuring that the technical side of our events runs smoothly and professionally.
