CPRE Norfolk plant a memorial tree for Rosalie Monbiot

CPRE Norfolk planted an elm tree in memory of one of its former vice-presidents and Norfolk County Councillor, Rosalie Monbiot, who passed away in March this year.

The tree was planted on Tuesday 15th November in the Mannington Hall chapel gardens, by kind permission of Lady Walpole.

The ceremony was attended by CPRE Norfolk representatives and Diana Cooke, wife of Rosalie’s late brother Hereward Cooke.

The memorial plaque placed next to the tree was donated by Ducker’s Funeralcare of Aylsham.
