New chair of trustees required for CPRE Norfolk
CPRE Norfolk are looking for a new trustee to join our executive committee in a leadership Chair role, working with the Vice-Chair and Treasurer to develop all aspects of the charity, including governance, campaigning, promotion and financial.
The role involves being an active committee member by attending meetings and contributing ideas to develop and implement our Vision for Norfolk strategic plan; supporting the effective administration of our charity; contributing to investment decisions; managing staff, volunteers and contractors; ensuring compliance with the charity’s constitution and charity law; being a positive advocate for CPRE Norfolk and encouraging others to support our work.
You will have good leadership, management and organisations skills, and good interpersonal skills, and previous experience of working with committees plus commitment to CPRE policies.
We envisage that you will have at least 1-2 hours per week to spend developing this volunteer role which can largely be done from home. There is flexibility within our requirements, and we will provide support for the right candidate.
